Condos in Town?

Are there any condo projects in North Bend, Washington and are there any that are on golf courses? What is the condo price range? Are there any age restricted condo communities?

   There are some older condo projects in North Bend. None of them are on a golf course but there are several public of gold courses that are near by. In Snoqualmie which is 5 miles west of North Bend has a large master planned community that has newer condos available and they range from $300,000-$450,000. This community has a Jack Nicolas designed private golf course. They do not have any condos on the golf course. Hopes this helps.
